I find that the Link back, added to a standard PEE paragraph helps pupils maintain focus on the question throughout their work. These resources form a useful checklist for any historical writing.
These useful resources support historical writing skills as:
A simple A5 margin strip, which can be glued into any exercise book as a reminder. Colour and Black and White versions included.
An A4 margin strip with basic instruction as to what each section should include. Colour and Black and White versions included.
A5 guidance grids, fully explaining each P.E.E.L. section, what should be included, and why this is important to historical writing. Colour and Black and White versions included.
