Suggested use of worksheet:
Students learn about the Mid-Autumn Festival and the legends related to this festival.
Students learn to say ‘Happy Mid-Autumn Festival’ in Chinese.
Students colour in the beautiful Moon Goddess - Chang’e.
Students can then draw the cute Jade Rabbit to keep the Moon Goddess accompany. (Note: For younger children, teachers might need to demonstrate drawing a bunny on the board. Students can draw on their worksheet along with the teacher. This can be an optional activity for young learners.)

Suggested use of worksheet:
Students learn to write five core words closely related to Mid-Autumn festival and develop a growing awareness of different components of Chinese characters.
Students can colour in the bubble characters, read the facts to expand their knowledge of each character and use a lead or colour pencil to trace the characters twice before writing them down twice independently. Students then can draw a picture to demonstrate their understanding of this word.

This resource is recommended for infants (k-2).
Students learn about a range of animals. Depending on students’ learning experience and background, the teacher can choose to use either the Pinyin set or the Hanzi Set.
Students learn to say each animal in Chinese, trace the Pinyin/Hanzi, and then colour in the picture. Students can also draw the background for each animal if they finish the assigned task.
