Lesson 1 - What makes a balanced diet? Food groups.
Lesson 2 - Impact of a healthy/unhealthy lifestyle on health and more detail on some health conditions.
Lesson 3 - Benefits of exercise + what happens to the body when you exercise.
Lesson 4 - What vitamins A-K and Iron to for the body and health conditions that can be caused by a poor diet.
Lesson 5-7 - emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.
This follows and links to the unit of Healthy Lifestyles from the OCN Skills for Living and Work qualification but can be easily adapted to suit other curriculum.
