5 for a £1 : worksheets suitable for computing cover
I have produced five resources all based on the KS2 / KS3 computing NC. They can all be delivered by a non-expert such as a supply teacher. They are designed for cover lessons, internally excluded pupils or for when the network goes down. They all have a literacy focus and are modelled on KS2 SATS tasks.
South Africa World Cup: Siya Kolisi Assembly Story all ages
This is a 5- 10 minute story of Siya Kolisi and his rise from the shanty towns of post apartheid South Africa to captain the World Cup winning Springbok side
Suitable for form time, any year assembly or whole=school assembly. I provide slides and a script.
Anti-Extremism
This is a 4-6 hour SoW that deals with extremism. It is mapped against the KS3 computing and citizenship NC but is suitable for older pupils.
There are a series of worksheets, research tasks, discussion activities, case studies and video clips that explain Islamic and right wing extremism and offer a counter-narrative.
I have deliberately kept the price low.
This is the third part of a critical digital literacy SoW. The other two parts are available separately.
Black History, English and Creative Writing
This is a resource to teach African History, English and Creative writing. Aimed at Year 6 but suitable for KS3.
This is a complete workbook with around 5 - 10 hours of resources in it. It is the first workbook. If you like it contact me about the next one.
Critical Digital Literacy
These are around 10 - 12 hours of resources improving pupils digital critical literacy.
They split into two parts i) Information and Bias and ii) Fake News.
These resources are designed to be delivered in front of a computer in a computing lesson but can be easily adapted to be delivered in a standard classroom.
