Creative and innovative resources that meet the needs of every learner in every lesson. Why create numerous resources when one can do it all. Most resources are for geography lessons, but many are for whole-school too and cross over into numerous subjects.

A lesson (actually 3 lessons) that enables pupils to gain an understanding of the processes that shape the landscape. This is designed for AQA, but can be easily amended for other exam boards. It has all the materials needed. It has independent learning, scaffolding and application of knowledge. All sheets are best printed in A3.

Geography science interdependence rainforests GCSE KS3 full lesson animals climate plants food webs

A nice and simple (full) lesson that looks at the interdependence of parts of the rainforest. Students create a foodweb and then apply their knowledge and understanding in a GCSE style question. They then look at the success criteria for successfully writing a great answer. It also provides students with a purple pen paragraph that the class can do together to demonstrate what a good (part) answer looks like.

coronavirus disease geography science smsc cause effect response

A lesson that provides the detailed information and mindmap outline relating to the causes, effects and responses to the coronavirus. Students use the information sheet to create their own mindmap relating to the coronavirus. Once completed, they can then go onto write an article, create a role play (news broadcast) or write a government leaflet advising people on the virus. It is also a good tool for enabling understanding of the reliability of statistics and data and how quickly data can change. All sheets work best when printed in A3.
