I wrote this play last Christmas- It is about three aliens visiting Earth to find out what Christmas means. They encounter a family when they arrive to Earth and as the aliens are disguised, the familylet them stay with them for a few days. The family are your typical family at Christmas- Mum is stressed, Dad is being given lots of instructions, Granny is watching Strictly and cannot hear anyone anymore! It is a funny script and it is a modern day story about the Wise men visiting Jesus. Please check out the free preview.

Skills and Knowledge Checklist for KS3 Drama- Tick off when skill has been acquired. I film students as evidence each month too and correspond it to the skill as evidence. Once the skill has been met- date it, tick it off and share with the students. Every student has this booklet in my class. The project can span as long as you wish- I usually give them a week. They plan their monthly budget and present it to the class with their justifications.
