15+ years of time-tested experience in teaching and learning. Teaching and learning is a job I admire and care so much about and as such I perform my duties with a great deal of professionalism, passion, and commitment, and will go the extra mile needed to achieve success. I designed engaging learning resources that required learners to construct their learning by being actively involved in learning through developmental activities in class. There is less emphasis on delivering information, but more on allowing the learners to use their prior knowledge in problem solving. I include activities that allow to learners to construct knowledge, to progress and achieve.
