Having achieved QTS in 2013, I have worked in senior leadership roles in two 'outstanding' schools, one in London and the other, most recently, in Cambridgeshire. I have a keen interest in developing students' literacy skills within education and have led whole-school literacy projects over the last six years. I also have senior experience in a pastoral capacity, as Head of Learning, where I have been responsible for the emotional and academic development of students at KS3 and KS4. I'm a keen sportsman with a passion for travel and the mighty Norwich City... for my sins.
