A simple CSI lesson - I set up a crime scene with fake blood(made out of jelly and red food colouring and warm water or buy fake blood from the pound store) (i made a hand print, blood drops and a drag mark) a head, some weapons (cricket bat, rolling pin, toy gun) and a sealed packet of drugs (flour taped up in a plastic wallet) - the first lesson had pupils collecting evidence and the second had them analysing the blood splatter from the scene all resources needed are included in the powerpoint

A selection of Lego vehicle stem challenges based around building a vehicle to traverse a set distance in the fastest time - it starts basic, then gets pupils to add motors which you can buy separately from the lego store, then builds to manoeuvring around obstacles and looking at safety features, i've also included experiment and evaluation sheets. A fun science club/ end of year lesson based around the bad piggies game where pupils create a game level using Jenga blocks and any figures you may have. Then design a lego vehicle to destroy their level - i've included the worksheet i made to go along side the lesson which my pupils really enjoyed.
