In line with the Year 5 Come and See curriculum, this resource includes a PP about Passover and a lesson plan with differentiated activities (which the children completed in their books).

In line with our recycling topic, children were interested to discuss whether McDonalds changing their plastic straws to paper was a good idea. They had previously learned facts about plastic pollution to back up their points.

This comprehension is about recycling in Conwy in North Wales based on the information from the county website. I planned this activity for LKS2.

I made these resources as our school is following the Numicon guidelines for Maths. I used the sheets for Years 1 and 2 in Wales. They worked as a good, visual introduction to place value.
