This game/ activity allows children to practice their problem solving and memory skills through a real life type experience of going shopping. Up to 6 players. Each player gets a shopping trolley and the corresponding colour shopping list. All of the food cards are faced down and players take in turns to pick up a card and check if it is on their shopping list. If it is, they place the item in their trolley. If not, the player places the card back down. The first player to fill up their trolley with all of the items on their list is the winner. The shopping lists come in three versions: The word on it’s own The word and the picture together The picture on it’s own. This way the activity can be differentiated to suit the needs of your children.
