A pro-forma to complete for the end of year report for Reception F2 children. Based on the new EYFS Profile document. These will need to be added in, dependent on levels the child is working at. Pictures taken from the Hygiene4Health education pack. I have blown up the pictures and made them into cut and stick boxes for sequencing the 9-step order to correct hand-washing. I am not affiliated to this company, but have used it to teach hand-washing; the lesson plans worked really well with 3-5 year olds.
