Over 20 years teaching experience, mainly in challenging schools. I took a break for a while to research and lecture CPD across Humanities, PSHE, SRE and staff wellbeing. I also have my own organisation, The Themis Project, that educates students on avoiding Domestic Violence and practitioners on managing students exposed to Domestic Abuse.
