An introductory session that lays out several activities and potential workshops to introduce students to what the sound and music industry is including record labels; Major and independent, live performance as an area and the roles inherent within it, publishing and management. Fully spec’d to be in line with BTEC unit 39 which is mandatory in all level quals by this provider including suggested assignment outline for outcomes 1 and 2 or may be used for any contextual, business or industry music class.
