This pack contains 3 books: Book 1- I, to, no, go, the, into Book 2- he, she, we, me, be, was, you, all, are, her, they, my Book 3- some, come, do, so, were, when, like, little, what, out, there, have, said, one In the books, the children practise writing the words including leading arrows to practise letter formation. They practise reading the words in sentences and can then apply the word to write their own sentence.

We have used this booklet as a final activity in a wider intervention where the children have been playing games and practising other skills too. Children were expected to find the phoneme on one day, with an added ‘follow the pattern’ activity to complete should there be time and then write/trace the phoneme in the next session.
