GCSE Spanish - La salud y los hábitos (Revision)
This is a revision lesson which includes some activities to go through the topic of Health. The listening exercise could be done in two or three ways. The listening clips are just recordings of me as I tend to read the out loud myself sometimes.
Activities:
-Starter
-Listening (audios and transcriptions)
-Reading (true and false & word/phrase search)
-Parallel translation
-Plenary to talk about health and bad/good habits and impacts
-Homework (2 options: Research or Writing a 90/150 words paragraph)

GCSE Spanish: Mi casa y mi barrio (4 skills revision)
This resource might take 1 or 2 lessons depending on the ability of your group and the amount of time you want to spend on each activity. This lesson is meant to be a revision lesson but activities can be adapted or tweaked.
This includes:
-Starter on rooms in the house.
-Listening activity with 5 audio files (included.)
-Speaking activity to drill expressions on houses/rooms.
-Matching activity to revise ways of describing an area/city.
-Guessing game to revise places in town and retrieval on the topic of jobs.
-Reading activity on city/area.
-Plenary to review: Jobs, area, home, rooms in the house, places in town, etc.

A - Level Spanish: La Semana Santa por España
This lesson belongs to the topic ‘‘La Identidad Regional en España’’. This lesson contains a similar sequence of exercises with more videos and a a listening exercise based on ‘‘Las Turbas’’ in Cuenca. This lesson is similar to this one:

Spanish - Character description (worksheet)
This is a sample that could be use as homework or as cover work. This one does not include audio file like other worksheets and it is very simple. Just include a few activities for students to learn vocabulary and then a reading comprehension and analysis exercise of a text where adjectives of personality are used.
Spanish - Physical description (worksheet)
This could be used as homework or as cover work.
This worksheet includes:
-Introduction to basic vocabulary about physical description (1)
-Introduction to basic vocabulary with short description examples (2)
Two short listening activites for students to identify the person that is being described (you could describe different people or get students to play who is who at this point or later during the lesson.)
Grid fill where students need to describe people in TL and fill a grid that they could use for revision later on.

A - Level Spanish - Translation practice #1: El ciberacoso
This resource included a 3 pages document with a text adapted from real news for students to practice their translation skills.
Exercises included:
1 - Finding the Spanish equivalent of the words given (using the text).
2 - Translation into English based on the text previously used.
3 - Exercises to work on synonyms.
4 - Translation into Spanish with similar sentences based on the topic of Cyberspace with emphasis on cyberbullying.

Tense revision grid - KS3/KS4 Spanish
These slides are meant to help students retrieve their tenses:
-Present
-Past
-Near future
-Future
All grids contains Target Language. With their mini white boards students translate from English to Target Language. Students gives an example in English/Spanish and students translate on their mini white board. I would suggest to start with translations from TL to English.
This activity can be differentiated in many ways but the main one is for students to stretch more and more following the sequence:
Who / What / When / Where / Why.

This is a quick revision on the topic of **school, rules, uniform **with some key verbs in the preterite / Preterite Indefinite (Simple past) and some conditional and near future verbs.
This could be use with different groups based on volume of work, complexity, etc. (Y8 to Y11 - Use this the Y8 to Y11 range with discretion).
Match up the Spanish with the English.
Complete the missing gaps in the parallel translation.
Students create their own sentences by adding more and more information based on what they did before.
Notice that this could be different to what you have taught and this could be used as a starter, plenary of simply as an additional task.
