The Eye - Acute Myopia (short-sightedness): Thinking Skills & Group discussion
Thinking Skills: Analysis, Problem solving and decision making:
Lisa has recently consulted an optician and realised that she has acute myopia (short-sightedness). She has 3 options - refractive surgery, wearing glasses and wearing contact lenses.
In groups, students are required to discuss and write down the advantages and disadvantages of each options and decide on the final conclusion.
I have also included presentation slides that goes with the worksheet.
