PPT containing 21 slides ready to go for a teacher to cover FGM / FGC / female circumcision assuming no prior knowledge. Includes: FGM is based on myths debunking main myths & misconceptions around FGM/FGC prominence and communities most affected UK law on FGM/FGC, including taking someone abroad to perform the procedure activity where students sort statements into facts vs. myths support available for survivors and to help prevent FGM/FGC Should take at least 50 minutes so comfortably fits 60 or 75 minute lesson. Also can be used for a Drop Down Day or whole yeargroup session.
