Full 4 lesson course that covers Pressure Groups/ Rights and Responsibilities. Lesson 1- What are Pressure Groups? Lesson 2- Rights and Responsibilities Lesson 3- Methods of Campaigning Lesson 4- Research Challenge All Learning Intentions and Success Criteria given for each lesson. Designated worksheets given where appropriate. Find also the experiences and outcomes sheet showing exactly what CfE (Scotland) outcomes are being completed, and the respective benchmarks. Each lesson has a variety of tasks from white boards to worksheets, partner work to laptop research. Note- There is one reference to a BGE Modern Studies Textbook which is now standard in Scottish schools, but the lessons work completely fine without this should you need to take it out. Note- The unit was inspired by materials given by the Scottish CND but all formatting and tasks are my own. This was to make the unit appropriate for young learners and fit into the curriculum.
