I've been a science teacher for over 22years, 20 of those in special education. I've been a science teacher, a science AST and spent my last years in education as a deputy head. As deputy head I was responsible for curriculum, assessment, safeguarding in a school that we moved from special measures to good (outstanding for leadership and PDW) Now I'm a freelance consultant and can usually be found promoting quality science teaching. I'm also available to present at your school (if you are in my region, the East Midlands) I'm the regional secretary for the ASE (North and East Midlands) and am a Chartered Science Teacher too.
