Geography Student Coursework guide - CIE IGCSE

(0)
This is a student guide/checklist designed to help geography students complete their CIE coursework worth 27.5% of their IGCSE course. As a teacher you will need to change the Title, aims and a couple of the specific checklists but otherwise it is up to date and contains enough guidance to help students receive top grades. This resource is tried and tested - with all my IGCSE students gaining 50+ out of 60 on their coursework and a few even receiving full marks. For more resources visit

This Energy worksheet has been designed to cover the Syllabus requirements for the CIE IGCSE Geography course. However, it is suitable for any unit on Energy production and consumption. It covers the basics of Renewable and Non-Renewable resources and the advantages and disadvantages of each. Each exercise relates to specific pages in the textbook (see the cover page for the textbook). I have though included both a PDF and Word document so that you can change any pages and use your own resources for each question.

These wordlists were created for the CIE GCSE course but many of the words are transferable to other courses. The format is as an editable PDF form so that students can write their answers directly onto the document. Note: These documents do not have the definitions included as they are designed to be used as revision or in class activities as part of creating an ongoing word bank or as a test of knowledge.
