This resource contains an A3 word document with a 16 line writing frame on one side and planning boxes to the left, supporting pupils with SEN to develop a poem written in the style of the WW1 war poets such as Wilfred Owen. There are also some manageable references to poetic devices that can be pre-taught. Recommended for secondary SEN MLD, works well with Dulce et Decorum Est and The Sentry as the inspiration.
