I created this for my class to help them improve their self assessment skills. I have tried to include a brief explanation of what needs to be included and allowed space for them to make notes on what to do next. In class I use this sheet after the first few hours and then collect in and photocopy them and keep a copy for me, then they use theirs to help them carry on. Feedback from my students was that this was really helpful. Set up as A3 on Excel.
