The following two lessons are intended to cover aerobic and anaerobic respiration at KS3 or KS4 Lesson 1: aerobic respiration Lesson 2: anaerobic respiration The lessons can be taught to a high ability KS3 group and have tasks suitable for grade 4 and above at KS4. They have a range of tasks, some which are literacy based and others which analyse data. The lessons cover aerobic respiration in humans and anaerobic respiration in humans and microorganisms, in addition to some slides about oxygen debt.
