This is a set of five roleplays that cover a variety of different situations. Students can either work in pairs (one as the HR manager and one as the member of staff) OR you can appoint different HR managers to carry out their roles while being observed of the other students (this works particularly well!)
It’s a great way to bring HRM to life and the topics cover five of the most common situations (Poor punctuality might even apply to some of your current students!)
The situations covered are:
Poor Punctuality
Terminating Employment
Resignation
Dismissal
Closure/Relocation of Business
