A student-friendly document laying out what is needed for each paragraph for the Specification section of the Design and Technology NEA. A couple of examples have been included alongside with a checklist of the headings that they can use and a description of what students need to do in order to start their Specification. This is a document that I am currently using for students to assist them in which they have found it helpful to refer to.

A blank calendar template for Design and Technology NEA from September - March. The template can be used for both staff and students. Staff can use the space to write in what students will be focusing on for each lesson, this can help for planning. Students have space to write in deadlines as well as having a column to write in homework designated to the NEA. I use this for my class for students to see what they will be focusing on each week - this has helped all students including SEN.

Checking NEAs can be daunting with the amount of work that has been put in… however, with this checklist students can ensure they have included everything by using this clear and effective document!
