100% of proceeds from any sales are currently donated to DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal. Geography should be interesting, challenging and engaging. There are no concepts too complex that cannot be unpicked and taught to all children. I enjoy making resources that will allow for challenging yet exciting lessons where the core concepts of Geography are truly being tackled.

Calculating the empirical formula from a lattice diagram

Calculating the empirical formula from a lattice diagram

(0)
...this is the only resource of its type on here (or anywhere I could find on the internet) hence its production. For the new KS4 science curriculum (AQA Trilogy and Chemistry, OCR gateway) to cater for a little observed and often overlooked aspect of the specification. Demonstrates through interactive activities and questioning how to calculate empirical formula (appears at both tiers of demand) of an ionic compound. Its tricky to get your head around if you haven't come across this before, and I trust that the activities on the presentation support staff and pupils of all abilities. Could also be supported in your lessons by gathering 8 boxes... (Calculation error on slide 21 now corrected!)
