A Level Drama - Antigone (Creating a Greek Chorus)
This is an observation lesson which was created for my year 12 A Level Drama group. It focuses on the play Antigone, and requires students to create a Greek Chorus for the play. This includes a PP, differentiation tasks and full lesson plan.
KS3 Boys Drama - Muhammad Al
This is a KS3 Drama SOW which is based around the life of the boxer Muhammad Ali. This includes, six five - six lessons based around the boxers achievements. This was created for a boy heavy group and was very successful.
GCSE WJEC drama - Brecht SOW
This is a SOW which was created to support KS4 drama. It was created as part of the WJEC GCSE Unit 1 (devising) unit, focusing on the practitioner Brecht.
Drama devising help sheet
This is a sheet which allows students to document their use of drama devices within the devising process. There is also a help sheet, explaining and reminding students of the key devices, to support their development. Worked really well with my GCSE group!

This is range of resources created for KS3 Dance. This bundle includes:
- An introduction to dance lesson.
- A activity introducing students to action, space, dynamics and relationships in dance.
- A SOW based upon James Bond, including capoeira, contact and street.

KS3 Drama
This is a range of KS3 Drama activities. This includes:
-A Fairy-tale lesson which was graded as outstanding
-A Growth Mind-set SOW which was created in response to a whole school initiative.
- A tableau lesson, which was also graded as good.
- A KS3 performance diary, with peer, self and teacher assessment, sentence starts and key words.
- A drama worksheet based on the importance of drama in the development of interpersonal skills.

First English Lesson
This is a lesson which I taught as my first lesson with KS3 and KS4 English groups. It allowed us to get to know one another, whilst assessing their ability to aid my planning.
Action, Space, Dynamic, Relationship
This is a task I completed with KS3 as an introduction to dance, each student had a table and the key words were stuck around the room and I have students five minutes, to put the key word in the correct box. Students then kept this resource to refer to when providing feedback.
Drama additional activities
These were designed for students who are removed, or cannot take part in practical dance or drama.
Modern Fairytale
This was a lesson which I taught as an interview lesson, which was successful! It asks students to create a modern day Cinderella as an introduction to a fairy-tale unit of work.
Octopoem
A fun, end of topic poetry lesson used with low ability year 8 students and year 7 students. This works towards students creating an 'octopoem' for display.
James Bond Dance
This is a SOW used with year 8 as an introduction to dance. Students create a routine based on James Bond, the styles explores include capoeira and street. This was really successful with boys!
An intro to dance
This is a lesson which was used as an introduction to the elements of dance, students create each task to build their own routine.
Creating a Tableau
This was created as an observation lesson and got fantastic feedback! It is based around attraction (Britains got talent) and works towards creating a musical tableau. This also created a feedback card that I laminated and use for verbal feedback, a full lesson plan and PP.
Growth Mindset Drama
This is a unit of work I created in response to our schools focus on creating a 'growth mindset'. This was taught to KS3 students as a mini scheme. Students created drama based upon celebrities journey to success and motivational speeches.
Pictures as a stimulus
This is a selection of images that can be used as a stimulus for creative writing. For each image there is a caption which could also assist the creative process. These images have also been used in my KS3 drama lessons as starting points for drama.
English Education vs Korean Education
This is a unit of work to explore the English and Korean Education system. It works towards the students completing a task arguing which system is better and why. This was created for year 9 students but could work with younger, and older, students.
KS3 performance diary
This is a booklet I created for my year 7. It includes key words, sentence starters and opportunities for self, peer and teacher assessment twice per term.
Drama Worksheet
This is a worksheet i created for students as an alternative to practical work. It lets them explore why drama is important for their development.
