I am an enthusiastic, friendly, motivating teacher who appreciates small details really much. Learning and teaching are my passions as they are endless processes and I like to transmit this energy to my students. To my opinion the relationship teacher-student needs to be close enough to build up great confidence. This is essential to identify child’s individual needs and help children to develop their skills, making them get surprised by their achievements. My experience working as a teacher is not so wide, however working with children is something that I do since I was 16 years old and I love it. Since September 2016 I work in a British School in my country, and this helped me to improve my English level quickly. Before this, I lived for three years in Germany, where I worked in a Waldorf School for a year. Now I have the feeling that I need to face a different project abroad, having the possibility to learn about other cultures, working with great teams in very prestigious schools
