Just click here! Here’s what some teachers have to say about these French conversation cards: Great addition to my resources. Merci. The students really enjoy using these for our conversation times. Excellent resource! Many different verb tenses used. I am looking forward to using them later in the year with my french 3 students. I love these! Thank you so much for putting these together. Printed and put on rings they are a great filler for any time. Use these cards at the end of the year to bring together all that your upper level students have learned, use them at back to school as a review, or just cut them out and have them ready to go on key rings at any time of the year for quick bell ringer activities or for when you want your students to practice speaking French. You can even use these cards as writing prompts. Merci beaucoup!

L'environnement - French conversation questions - Le Jour de la Terre-Earth Day

(0)
L’environnement - French conversation questions - Le Jour de la Terre - Earth Day List of 30 vocabulary words related to the environment and pollution with 20 thought provoking discussion questions. The questions are suitable for upper level and AP French or for middle and high school French immersion. This resource is especially useful for your chapter on the environment or for Earth Day - Le Jour de la Terre. I like to print the list of words on one side of a page and the questions on the other side so that students can easily refer to the new vocabulary during their conversations. If you make a two sided copy everything will fit on one page. Also included is a set of speaking cards for students to use prior to using the discussion cards so that they can become familiar with the theme and many new words. The cards just need to be printed and cut out so that your students can use them in pairs or small groups. Each card says, “Décris le mot suivant en français et ton partenaire le devinera.” The vocabulary word is written both in French and English since many of the words will be new. This exposure to the vocabulary will make the discussion that follows flow easier. Students will still have easy access to the list of words on the other side of the photocopied questions. Don’t want to print? That’s ok! A PDF with just one card per page is included for easy projecting or for tablets.

Halloween Game - I have...Who has?

Halloween Game - I have...Who has?

(0)
Halloween Game - I have…Who has? This version includes 24 cards. Depending on class size you could either give each student more than one card or have them play with a partner. I recommend printing out and laminating these cards if possible so that you can use them over and over again. Here’s how this game works. Once each student has a card (or cards), the one who has the card that says I’ll start the game begins the game. He says, for example, I’ll start the game. I have a pumpkin. Who has a spider? The person who has the card with a spider on it says, I have a spider. Who has a broom? And so the game goes on until the last card is called and that student’s card will say, The game is over. Happy Halloween! Another idea is to prepare two sets of cards, divide your class into two groups and let each group have a go to see which team can get through the entire deck of cards the fastest. It’s a lot of fun, and though you can play with younger students the older ones love this game just as much. LICENSING TERMS: This purchase includes a license for one teacher only for personal use in their classroom. Licenses are non-transferable, meaning they can not be passed from one teacher to another.
