My Everyday Science KS2 cards can help you teach NC Y3 Forces & Magnets lessons through children working-scientifically, using household/kitchen resources. They prompt questioning, explorations and investigations and, if printed, don’t rely on Internet access. They can be used for home learning, blended learning, science clubs or lesson ideas. Both teachers and parents/carers should read any cards before the children start carrying out the activities contained in them and teachers should undertake a risk assessment of any practical investigations.
