A simple game that allows students to have fun whilst working out

This resource allows students to create and conduct a fitness test, looking at procedures and reliability of the test.

PE game based on working within a fitness suit, although it can be adapted to be working without gym equipment. Students work towards burning off the calories on the work sheet

These resource cards allow students to work as a team. Each person must complete their workout then find the rest of their group (colour co-ordinated). one they have found their group they must work out and answer the riddle. First team to complete their riddle wins! Colours are differentiated too!
