All of the structures are followed by infinitive phrases from Theme 1, 2 and 3.

KS4 Coronation Lesson:
**Title: **Le couronnement du Roi Charles III
**Objective: **
To be able to recognise examples of the simple future within an authentic text about the King’s Coronation
Contents:
PowerPoint: Starter Task Scrabble Activity, Vocabulary Task, Tense Recognition Activity and Reading Comprehension Questions.
The text used is a slightly adapted version of a press release regarding the programme of festivities for the weekend of the Coronation.
Pupil Booklet:
Vocabulary Task, Tense Recognition Activity and Reading Comprehension Questions . The booklet can be printed on A4 or A3 paper and folded into a booklet
There is also a KS3 lesson available in my shop relating to the Coronation.

This is a quiz that I made to accompany the ITV documentary Paris, Greatest cities of the world.
The documentary is available on YouTube (not my upload)
The pupils can answer it as they watch or complete it as a test at the end with prizes for the highest mark. It’s great for the end of term.

GCSE French Options Presentation/Assembly
A PowerPoint to encourage pupil uptake at GCSE.
It contains an interactive quiz on languaage learning in general along with reasons to study French specifically.
Slide 9 has an overview of the AQA course but this could easily be deleted or adapted if you use a different exam board
The final slide contains an embeded YouTube clip which I suggest you stop playing at 2m56 (after Emma Stone speaks) This is the link for the clip if it doesn’t automatically play in the PPT.
