Here is my 6 lesson sequence for lessons on World War Two. This bundle includes 6 PPT lessons and accompanying resources. These worked really well for me so hopefully you will find them useful too. The lessons are: Introduction to WWII WWII narrative - big picture overview Enquiry - did Britain stand alone? Enquiry - was there a Blitz Spirit? Enquiry - did the Allies bomb Germany and were they ‘successful’? Enquiry - who won the war interpretations lesson. I took some of the ‘national myths’ surrounding WWII and developed enquiry questions into them to try and investigate the root of the national stories.
