Original presentation was not mine. I added some links to videos to it and also did a less hard hitting (sanitised) version which has a Band of Brothers clip of the discovery of the concentration camps on it (9 minutes long). this is probably best used as part of a lesson or Tutor time.
A short presentation to teach the bus stop method of division, I used this with students in Yr 11 who still could not divide. I use my white board pen to complete the examples on this but you can change that if you want.
I use this with my Pre-entry level and ESOL student when they are learning a new word or find a word they don’t understand. It could also be used for primary or SEN students.

This worksheet is based around the new specification for English. It includes discussion, reading and writing a News Blog.
The discussion aspect is done when talking about the story of Little Red Riding Hood. The extract comes from the book"Today Everything Changes" by Andy McNab. This is a short 105 page book about the authors early life.
Could also be used with KS3.
Would make a good cover lesson.
For low ability and SEND students. something they probably know how to do but can they explain it to some one else. This could also be used for a discussion.
This resource gets students to research and write short speeches. It can be used for EL2 to L2. I used it with lower ability post 16 students but can be adapted for higher ability.
