Traffic light resource, useful to help students with autism to self-regulate.
Depending on the needs of your students you may need to teach them how to use it first, e.g. say to them "you are feeling angry, (put sad symbol on red area) then give them an option of 2 yellow symbols to help them calm down. Let them do this activity with a sandtimer and ask them how they feel when the timer is finished (green symbols).
