Seven different worksheets that include questions on being able to find fractions of amounts. The worksheets are written to appeal to a range of abilities, including the use of the bar model, finding fractions of 2-digit, 3-digit and 4-digit numbers. Most worksheets are also built to step up with children finding the unit fraction first before then finding the non-unit fraction except for the last two worksheets which are any fraction of an amount (3-digit and then 4-digit). Answers are also included for each worksheet.

Included within in the PowerPoint is a recap on numerators and denominators, how to multiply a fraction by a whole number, why the denominator doesn't change and then questions for children to practise. This then leads to focusing on improper fractions and being able to change these to mixed number fractions before revisiting the questions they did previously and turning these in to mixed number fractions.
