7x Tables Activities (30 activities)
30 different activities linked to the 7x table that give the opportunity to work on and improve understanding of the 7x table facts in different ways.
This includes activities that range from list questions that help show commutativity, inverse and multiples of 10, 0.1 etc., filling in tables that require children to make links between different facts, completing sequences that link to the ability to count in 7s and using written multiplication and division using facts from the 7x table. Additionally, there are tasks linked to fractions in simplifying fractions, finding fractions of amounts, multiplying and dividing fractions by whole numbers and multiplying a fraction by a fraction. There are also activities looking at number sentences from given facts including commutative and inverse, representations and always, sometimes, never.
Answers are also included for every activity in a separate booklet.
Year 4 Multiplication and Division - Dividing by 100 Double Lesson
A fully-resourced double lesson aimed at the Year 4 objective based on being able to divide whole numbers by 100.
Included is a double lesson PowerPoint that includes an arithmetic starter for each lesson, key vocabulary, modelling and discussion as well as guided practice. This then moves on to an independent activity and challenge questions, with answers included for these.

Determiners Bundle
A bundle of PowerPoint's that can be used for various lessons on determiners. Included are demonstrative, quantifying, numerical, ordinal, possessive and the, a and an.
Each presentation focuses on examples of these determiners. This then extends to showing different examples of them in use before getting children to think about their position in relation to the noun and identify determiners themselves in a sentence.
Year 6 Place Value Worksheets
A set of three differentiated worksheets that work on place value for Year 6 children. Having used a similar format in my own lessons, these sheets often provide enough challenge for two days lessons, with children taking on the easier work then moving on to harder challenges within the other sheets.
These have all been made with mastery in mind and so follow this pattern.

The second lesson out of three that focuses on nouns. These have been written with 5/6 in mind but are easily adaptable.
This lesson acts as an introduction/ recap of nouns with a recap of common and proper nouns before introducing abstract nouns to children. Included are all the resources needed for the lesson including the plan, slides and differentiated resources.

The third lesson out of three that focuses on nouns. These have been written with 5/6 in mind but are easily adaptable.
This lesson acts as an introduction/ recap of nouns with a recap of common, proper and abstract nouns from previous lessons. The focus then shifts to pronouns before children complete activities. Included are all the resources needed for the lesson including the plan, slides and differentiated resources.

The Witches Reading Comprehension (Chapter Two)
48 different questions for Chapter Two of The Witches by Roald Dahl. These can be used for guided reading sessions or to give children as activities. To support guided reading sessions, all questions have the relevant page numbers (paperback) and answers at the end.

A fully planned and resourced D.T lesson that looks at different types of food with caught, reared and processed foods, considering each of these and different examples.
This is the third of a six lesson sequence written for KS2 children with the planning, resources and presentation all included.

These can be used for guided reading sessions or to give children as activities to support guided reading sessions/ whole class reading comprehensions. The questions follow the order of the chapter but don't have answers attached as the answers can vary depending on the child's opinion.

These can be used for guided reading sessions or to give children as activities to support guided reading sessions/ whole class reading comprehensions. A lesson presentation on the = sign, considering what it represents and how it can be moved around. Included in this is practise questions to check children's understanding.
Simple Sentence Worksheets
Three differentiated worksheets that focus on simple sentences, getting children to identify the subject and predicate before moving on to creating their own and finally, for the higher attainers questions that ask them to explain why sentences aren't simple sentences.
Adjectives Worksheet
Three differentiated worksheets that focus on adjectives. Initially children are asked to simply identify adjectives from different sentences before potentially moving on to writing their own sentences using a variety of different types of adjectives. Finally, for confident children there are then questions that they have to answer related to adjectives, checking their understanding through getting them to explain themselves.
Martin Luther King Jr. Reading Comprehension
A fact file about Martin Luther King Jr. that is also a reading comprehension. This includes three differentiated worksheets with 11 questions each and answers included to test children's comprehension knowledge as well as learning about Martin Luther King Jr. at the same time.
Reading Comprehension - The Firework-Maker's Daughter
A whole class reading comprehension session based on Chapter One from the Firework-Maker's Daughter. The session focuses on reading the chapter before looking at any vocabulary children are unsure of. Children will then be shown how to pick out key words from questions as well as looking at what question words are looking for. Finally, children will be able to work through one of three differentiated worksheets that check their comprehension skills/ deeper understanding.
