A double lesson that focuses on doubling and halving with one lesson on doubling and the second on halving. Each lesson has an arithmetic starter included in the PowerPoint (written for Year 6 but easily changed for other year groups), questions and discussion points and then an activity and apply it/ challenge tasks that involve some form of doubling or halving. Lessons have been created with Year 6 in mind and working on developing understanding but can easily be adapted across Key Stage Two.

Three reading lessons aimed at Upper Key Stage 2 focusing on neurodiversity, specifically with a focus on dyslexia. Included is the text, a PowerPoint for the three lessons and an activity for each lesson with the focus being on vocabulary, summarise and retrieval over the 3 days.

Activities that require children to use known facts to then be able to reason how to solve other calculations. Each page gives children a known fact and then calculations where the numbers have been manipulated and a box where they can explain how to use the known fact to find the answer.

A presentation and tasks within that get children to recreate images based on a description of a character. Included is a brief focus on adjectives before using extracts to describe dementors and Lord Voldemort. Included for both are then examples of different artwork and how they appear in the film to highlight how we all have slightly different images but that it is the adjectives that show us some form of consistency.

A planning overview resource to support the teaching of Science across KS2. Every KS2 topic is included with each planning overview following the same structure: Knowledge children must know - This provides a minimum level of what is expected for children to know by the end of the unit and provides consistency across classes.
