IWB slides for every lesson that go step by step through the lesson. (N.B. In the shared writing sessions, the example paragraphs just need playing around with to a new topic. Whilst I could have done these, it is more powerful to do them with the class at the time)

This provides the perfect opportunity to deepen understanding on topics children have already covered as well as assessing where children need further work.
A bundle of reading comprehensions related to famous people that links to any work around Black History Month, focussing on significant figures and their lives whilst also developing comprehension abilities.
Two fully resourced lessons that focus on being able to convert between cm and mm and between cm and m. A set of 32 activity cards that children can complete during guided reading/ reading comprehension sessions related to the book they are reading. These work for either the text they are reading together or their own book and use a variety of ways to show understanding as well as developing their understanding of language.
Included is a fully resourced lesson on being able to find the area of a triangle.
Lesson Slides - A set of 15 slides that provide a full lesson input for being able to calculate the area of a triangle. Included are questions to get children thinking more deeply about triangles and the formulae for calculating the area as well as practise questions and a reasoning style question.
Worksheets - A set of three differentiated worksheets that work on calculating the area of triangles for Year 6 children. Having used a similar format in my own lessons, these sheets often provide enough challenge for two days lessons, with children taking on the easier work then moving on to harder challenges within the other sheets.
These have all been made with mastery in mind and so follow this pattern.
Worksheet One - Works on practise and fluency (LA)
Worksheet Two - Practise, fluency and reasoning (MA)
Worksheet Three - Practise, fluency, reasoning and problem solving (HA)
Worksheet Four - Same as worksheet three as a spare for anybody who finishes problem solving
Answers are included for each sheet.

Included is the PowerPoint which has all the lesson structures in (easily adaptable) as well as the activities and answer sheets (where there aren’t answers provided it is because the expectation is around class discussion or because answers are too wide ranging).
The first two lessons can be found for free:

A sequence of lessons of four lessons for whole-class reading comprehension lessons based on a text on the Ancient Maya. Included is the PowerPoint with all four lessons (written with 5/6 in mind but easily adaptable), the information text about the Ancient Maya and an activity and answer sheet for each lesson. The focus over the week covers vocabulary, retrieval, inference and the ability to summarise.
Three fully-resourced lessons focusing on being able to calculate the area of compound shapes.
The lessons are split so that they act as an introductory lesson before having a double lesson that provides the opportunity to develop and become confident in finding the area of compound shapes.
The first lesson includes a lesson PowerPoint that includes an arithmetic starter, key vocabulary, modelling and discussion as well as guided practice. This is followed up with an independent activity and challenge tasks to apply what has been learnt, with answer sheets included with these.
The double lesson includes a double lesson PowerPoint that includes an arithmetic starter for each lesson, key vocabulary, modelling and discussion as well as guided practice. This is followed up with an independent activity and challenge tasks to apply what has been learnt (that stretch over both lessons with more time teaching first lesson and more time practising in the second lesson), with answer sheets included with these.
A fully planned and resourced writing unit working on creating a set of instructions for mummification.
Included in the resource is:
Lesson PowerPoints
Lesson activities including a sequencing task and a editing task
Fronted adverbials and imperative verbs word mat
Instructions knowledge organiser
Model text
With drafting and redrafting, as well as then publishing a final piece, there should be enough lessons for between 6 and 8 lessons. The ‘lessons’ as they appear on the PowerPoint may take more than one ‘lesson’ and form sequences of learning. The first step is looking at the features of instructions, including a focus on the knowledge organiser before then identifying these in the model text.
The second sequence then moves on to being able to sequence the steps of mummification when given a set of instructions that can then be improved as part of a challenge. This moves on to then taking a simple set of instructions and improving them, with teacher modelling and guided practice before completing the activity.
This then leads into drafting and redrafting, including teacher modelling and providing feedback based on how pupils write, with the previous activities and word banks still being available to support during the writing process.
Four lessons that focus on rounding in Year 4. Separate lessons focus on rounding to the nearest 10, 100 and 1000 before a final recap lesson that focuses on all 3. Each lesson includes the PowerPoint which includes an arithmetic starter, blank number lines, an activity that comes with answers and three reasoning and problem solving questions.
Fully resourced lessons on written division that begins with a double lesson on 1-digit division before moving on to a single and then double lesson on 2-digit division. Each set of lessons includes PowerPoints with daily arithmetic starters, a worksheet activity and challenge tasks with answers provided for both of these.
Fully resourced lessons on written multiplication that begins with a double lesson on 1-digit multiplication before moving on to a single and then double lesson on 2-digit multiplication. Each set of lessons includes PowerPoints with daily arithmetic starters, a worksheet activity and challenge tasks with answers provided for both of these.
