Reading activities based around the book Stone Age Boy. Aimed at year 3 (7-8 year olds). Mixture of reading skills included prediction, vocabulary, retrieval and inference. In addition, there are some questions about the diary of a stone age and the text its self. There are some other questions based on an extract about the Stone Age which are also included.

This is the cover of a book which children can create their own front cover of and their own blurb. They can be displayed flat or as a 3D book in a display.

This is a mat where you can collect what you would have been able to see, hear and smell in Pompeii during and pre-eruption.
