This is a nice little writing activity linked to class jobs. The first page gives a worked example of a jobs boards including jobs and names. Page 2 is a template where children can fill in the class jobs in one column and names of children in the other. They can then match up jobs with children and fill in the class jobs board. Children could work together to create a working jobs board to enlarge and display in the classroom.

This can be a speaking and listening activity or writing activity. Cut out and laminate the 30 cards showing characters with thought bubbles. The last 3 cards just show thought bubbles and children can add their own characters. Add these to the writing corner for children to use independently with dry markers.
