End of the Year 3D Memory Book Mobile: This end of the year activity is so much fun, your students will love creating this 3D memory book mobile! Students use the 9 template pages to reflect on the past school year. Each template consists of a large writing prompt and two smaller disks that are perfect for illustrations. A blank template page is also provided. Fold the templates in half (on the dotted line) and stick them back to back creating a 3D memory book. Stick the smaller disks back to back and hang them from the 3D book. This is a lovely end of the year activity, it's educational and hands-on fun! Adverbs Task Cards & QR Codes (Penguins)- Penguins are on the loose! Identify an adverb in every sentence and use the QR code to scan the answer. You will receive 32 task cards that ask students to identify an adverb in every sentence. There is a full color and a black and white set. Also included is a student answer sheet and an answer key. All cards contain QR code answers. Common Core Aligned: ELA - 3.L.1.a Use the task cards for scoot, scavenger hunt, read and write the room, individual practice, pair work or project the task cards for whole class teaching. QR codes are fun and easy to use. Download a QR code reader onto your iPad, tablet or smart phone and you are ready for some serious classroom fun.
