I am a Head of Faculty for Social Science, with over 15 years classroom teaching experince in a range of subjects from; Sociology, Psychology and Health & Social Care.
I love delivering lessons which promote critical debates, independent learners and allow all my students to be challenged appropriately. Literacy support is a huge thing for me! It means an inclusive learning environment, so you will find most of my resources are built around these notions.

This is an initial assessment of the main sociological concepts used throughout the sociology course. It is easy to deliver, even for non-specialist teachers as all the answers are available on the power point slides.
The assessment can be delivered as a peer or self-assessment which is marked during the lesson time, or can easily be done as a teacher marked assessment.
