This lesson focuses on the topic 3.7.5 overall.
The lesson introduces the term ‘Protectionism’ and explains methods of protectionism. There is an AQA exam question to answer and the indicative context included.
In order to develop higher order thinking and analytical skills students must be able to link concepts together. The idea of concept mapping enables them to do this. The concept map covers 20 topics all relating to the external environment. the activity sheet asks student to complete the concept map giving them instructions on how to do this. There is also a blank version of a concept map that they can create for a topic of their choice. This is a great revision tool for all abilities as they can access it at different levels.
