This PPT follows the new Viva 2 textbook and includes activities to cover the second unit of Module 1 “¿Qué hiciste?” p10 & 11. It contains 30 slides and includes: the presentation of new vocabulary with games to consolidate the learning of vocabulary listening, speaking and reading activities from p10 & 11 slides explaining the preterite tense of regular -Ar verbs as well as some activities to practise.

To get in the Christmas spirit and promote languages, my MFL department has been running a very successful competition over the last few years. Students use their creative skills to produce an original Advent Calendar using as much target language as possible. PPT includes: - a few slides with instructions - copies of the email sent to MFL staff, students, tutors, MFL prefects and librarian (where the calendars are displayed) - list of 40 christmas words for German, Spanish and French I have also added Awards certificates created with Publisher.
