My school still teaches this at year 7 but I know others teach it in KS2.
I am not a Geography teacher but I have tried my best. Settlement change is specific to Maidstone Kent but you can adapt.

This lesson has been built around the concept of a formal debate. It was planned for AQA Religious Studies GCSE.
It uses information from the NHS website in the form of a factsheet.

I would recommend supplementary textbooks are used.
