This lesson discusses the four seasons that are found in the northern hempisphere. It discusses key vocabulary in each season including: migration, hibernation, blossoming of nature and wildlife. There are scientific references to the earths tilt and how seasons work, as well as, some exciting animations to keep the children engaged. I have used this with my Year 5 class but it can also be used with other KS1/KS2 year groups.
