Students categorise the words in the grid into the categories below, colouring in each group of words in a different colour. The vocabulary includes French numbers 1-20, the multiples of 10 from 30-100, animals, colours, months, days and 6 other commonly seen words. A good indicator of how much basic vocab pupils have retained!
I used it with students who had just started high school to revise the vocabulary learned at primary.
Suitable for upper primary and lower secondary.
