Hi! I'm Miss Poole and my resources are all focused on FUN! I am a private tutor and I teach online via Skype. I'm trained in primary and I specialise in Spanish as a foreign language. Lots of my resources are appropriate for multiple age ranges and include multi-level differentiation. I'm happy to accept requests for new resources and I welcome all feedback on current ones. Stories From Other Cultures - Aboriginal

This is a resource suitable for an entire lesson in upper KS2. The text is an aboriginal story called ‘The Spear’ and was taken from the website http://education.abc.net.au/home#!/digibook/2570774/dust-echoes, which has since been archived. The lesson introduces the concept of storytelling, the full text and comprehension activities. Available as a NOTEBOOK file, a POWERPOINT and also a PDF. I used this with Y5/6. If you love it, please leave me a review!

Henry VIII and Wives Tudor Portrait Art

(3)
Activity: A4 half portraits of Henry VIII and his six wives; children to complete the missing half of the portrait. They are differentiated - the easiest ones are almost symmetrical, but to complete the harder ones the children must have some understanding of facial proportions and perspective. Assessment: A4 pictures of Henry VIII and his Six Wives for reference - show these when they have finished their portraits to see what they should have looked like! Used with Year Four and up.
